Kelly says that when she works in her garden her hands are busy and her mouth is shut. In those quiet times God speaks to her heart. A couple of years ago she began taking a little hand-held tape recorder into the garden to record the gems God was dropping into her heart. She found scriptures to accompany these nuggets of truth and has added practicality to each through a personal story. Using gardening analogies, Kelly talks about the daily struggle with weeds – sins – in our lives.
